Questions
Why are patient conversations not recorded by default?
Many patients prefer not to be recorded, and transcription has a real cost. Buying credits means you only pay for the sessions you actually record.
Can I add an assistant later?
Yes. Switch to Clinician + Assistant from your plan page at any time.
How is the patient app billed?
Monthly, for the patients who used it that month. Patients who were inactive are not counted.
What if I don't choose a plan after the trial?
Your account becomes read-only for 7 days, then it is locked. We keep your data for 90 days from the day it is locked, then delete it permanently.
Can I get a refund?
No. Plans and recording credits are not refundable. You can cancel any time and keep using Lumio until the end of the period you paid for. Unused recording credits expire 12 months after purchase.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on this page includes 18% GST, and your invoice shows the breakup.
